不同保温措施对机器人前列腺癌根治术患者快速康复的影响

Effect of Different Thermal Insulation Measures on the Rapid Recovery of Patients Undergoing Robot Radical Prostatectomy

目的评估不同保温措施对达芬奇机器人前列腺癌根治术患者快速康复的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月在山东省聊城市人民医院行达芬奇机器人前列腺癌根治术患者90例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。比较两组患者的一般资料、术后寒战分级、血流动力学变化、术中出血量、鼻咽温度、恢复室停留时间、不良反应发生率、患者和手术医师满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者鼻咽温度在T2~T7时间点显著升高,术中出血量明显减少,恢复室停留时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。两组患者的年龄、身体质量指数、ASA分级、手术和麻醉时间、血流动力学、患者和手术医师满意度、不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术中联合应用电热毯和空气加温装置可以对达芬奇机器人前列腺癌根治术患者提供有效的保温措施,显著减少术中出血量并加快麻醉恢复室周转速度。

Objective To evaluate the impact of different insulation measures on the rapid recovery of patients undergoing Da Vinci robot radical prostatectomy.Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent Da Vinci robot radical prostatectomy in Liaocheng People's Hospital,Shandong Province from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 patients in each group.Patient's general information,postoperative chill classification,hemodynamic changes,intraoperative bleeding volume,nasopharyngeal temperature,recovery room residence time,incidence of adverse reactions,and patient and surgeon satisfactions were recorded.Results The nasopharyngeal temperature was significantly increased at the T2-T7 time point,the intraoperative bleeding volume was significantly decreased,and the recovery room residence time was significantly shortened in the observation group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of age,body mass index,ASA grade,surgery and anesthesia time,hemodynamic,patient and surgeon satisfactions and the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of air heating device and electric blanket can provide effective thermal insulation measures for patients undergoing Da Vinci robot radical prostatectomy,significantly reduce intraoperative bleeding,and accelerate the turnover speed of the anesthesia recovery room.
