TLR3、CHRNA3基因多态性与老年脑梗死后长期卧床患者肺部感染易感性的关系

Relationship between TLR3,CHRNA3 gene polymorphism and susceptibility to pulmonary infection in elderly patients with long-term bed after cerebral infarction

目的探讨Toll样受体3(TLR3)、尼古丁胆碱能受体3(CHRNA3)基因多态性与老年脑梗死后长期卧床患者肺部感染易感性的关系。方法回顾性选取2018年1月至2020年12月我院收治的95例老年脑梗死后并发肺部感染患者作为感染组;另选取同期50例老年脑梗死后未并发感染患者作为非感染组。收集两组患者的一般资料;检测TLR3和CHRNA3基因多态性,并采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析其与肺部感染易感性的关系。结果多因素分析结果显示,合并糖尿病、有吸烟史、有侵入性操作、TLR3(rs5743303)AA基因型和CHRNA3-1923T>C CC基因型是老年脑梗死后长期卧床患者发生肺部感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论TLR3(rs5743303)和CHRNA3-1923T>C基因多态性与老年脑梗死后长期卧床患者肺部感染易感性相关,其中TLR3(rs5743303)AA基因型和CHRNA3-1923T>C CC基因型是并发肺部感染的独立危险因素。

Objective To investigate the relationship between toll-like receptor 3(TLR3),nicotine cholinergic receptor 3(CHRNA3)gene polymorphism and susceptibility to pulmonary infection in elderly patients with long-term bed after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 95 elderly patients with pulmonary infection after cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively selected as infection group.In addition,50 elderly patients without infection after cerebral infarction were selected as non-infection group.The general data of the two groups of patients were collected;TLR3 and CHRNA3 gene polymorphism were detected,and the relationship between TLR3,CHRNA3 gene polymorphism and pulmonary infection susceptibility was analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression model.Results Multivariate analysis results showed that diabetes mellitus,smoking history,invasive operation,TLR3(rs5743303)AA genotype and CHRNA3-1923 T>C CC genotype were independent risk factors for pulmonary infection in elderly patients with long-term bed after cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion TLR3(rs5743303)and CHRNA3-1923T>C gene polymorphism are associated with the susceptibility of pulmonary infection in elderly patients with long-term bed after cerebral infarction.TLR3(rs5743303)AA genotype and CHRNA3-1923T>C CC genotype are independent risk factors for pulmonary infection.
