多学科协作模式联合全程优质护理在脑梗死恢复期偏瘫患者中的应用效果

Application effect of multidisciplinary collaboration mode combined with whole-course high-quality nursing in patients with hemiplegia during cerebral infarction recovery period

目的探讨多学科协作模式联合全程优质护理在脑梗死恢复期偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法将2020年1月至2022年6月我院收治的120例脑梗死恢复期偏瘫患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施多学科协作模式联合全程优质护理。比较两组的神经功能、肢体功能、日常生活能力、步态指标、护理满意度。结果护理前,两组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer量表、Barthel指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组的NIHSS评分低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer量表、Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的步速、患侧跨步长、健侧-患侧步长差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组的步速快于对照组,患侧跨步长长于对照组,健侧-患侧步长差值小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作模式联合全程优质护理可改善脑梗死恢复期偏瘫患者的神经功能、肢体功能、日常生活能力,康复效果良好,护理满意度高。

Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary collaboration mode combined with whole-course high-quality nursing in patients with hemiplegia during cerebral infarction recovery period.Methods From January 2020 to June 2022,120 patients with hemiplegia during cerebral infarction recovery period admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given multidisciplinary collaboration mode combined with whole-course high-quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The neurological function,limb function,daily living ability,gait index and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Fugl-Meyer scale and Barthel index scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the Fugl-Meyer scale and Barthel index scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in step speed,step length of affected side and step length difference between healthy side and affected side between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the step speed of the study group was faster than that of the control group,the step length of the affected side was longer than that of the control group,the step length difference between the healthy side and the affected side was smaller than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaboration model combined with whole-course high-quality nursing can improve the neurological function,limb function and daily living ability of patients with hemiplegia during cerebral infarction recovery period,and the rehabilitation effect is good and the nursing satisfaction is high.
