四川省水电工程移民安置竣工验收关键问题及对策研究

Research on Key Problems and Countermeasures of the Completion Acceptance of Hydropower Project Resettlement in Sichuan Province

聚焦于四川省水电工程移民安置竣工验收规程规范和工作实践,全面梳理了移民安置竣工验收过程中存在的主要问题,筛选出制约移民安置竣工验收的关键问题,并有针对性的提出了处理建议。研究成果对于推进四川省乃至全国水电移民安置竣工验收工作思路提供了一定的实践经验参考与借鉴。

Focusing on the regulations and work practices of the completion acceptance of hydropower project resettlement in Sichuan Province,this paper comprehensively sorts out the main problems existing in the process of completion acceptance of hydropower project resettlement,screens out the key problems restricting the completion acceptance of hydropower project resettlement,and puts forward relevant treatment suggestions.The research results provide some practical experiences and reference for promoting the completion acceptance of hydropower resettlement in Sichuan Province and even the whole country.
