功能矫治双期治疗下颌后退的效果评价

摘要 目的:评价功能矫治双期治疗下颌后退的临床效果。方法:选择2015年7月—2021年8月在南通市口腔医院治疗的未过生长发育高峰期的骨性下颌后退患儿37例,先行功能矫治导下颌,再行上下固定矫治排齐上下牙列,调整前牙覆[牙合]覆盖及后牙咬[牙合]至正常。测量患儿治疗前和治疗后的头颅侧位X线片,采用SPSS 16.0统计软件,应用配对t检验分析比较患儿治疗前后的效果。结果:治疗后,患儿前颅底平面-下齿槽座点角增加了2.30°±1.60°,上齿槽座点-鼻根点-下齿槽座点角减少了2.87°±1.05°,面角增加了4.30°±1.15°,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对生长发育高峰期前的下颌后退患儿进行双期功能矫治后下颌骨明显前移,面型得到极大地改善,能取得良好的治疗效果。
