系统观念视域下习近平关于“三农”工作重要论述研究

Studies on Xi Jinping's Important Exposition on the Work of“Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers”from the Perspective of System Concept

党的十八大以来,习近平站在实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史高度,对“三农”工作进行了系统谋划,形成了内涵丰富、体系完整的“三农”工作重要论述。习近平关于“三农”工作重要论述主要包括相互衔接的战略地位论、底线思维论、目标任务论、重点领域论、全面领导论和方针原则论等6个方面,在历史发展、内涵体系、实践方法等维度充分彰显了系统性特征。应当坚持以整体性思维统领农业农村现代化建设全局,以系统性思维统筹“三农”工作顶层设计,以辩证性思维把握“三农”工作时空节奏。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,with the aim of realizing national rejuvenation,Xi Jinping has systematically planned the work of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”and formed an important exposition on it with rich connotations and complete systems.Xi Jinping's important exposition on the work of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”mainly includes six aspects:the strategic position theory,the bottom line thinking theory,the goal and task theory,the key field theory,the comprehensive leadership theory,and the policy and principle theory.These viewpoints have fully shown systematic characteristics in terms of historical development,connotation system,and practical methods.In the new period,we should adhere to the holistic thinking that commands overall arrangement on the development of agricultural and rural modernization,the systematic thinking that coordinates the top-level design of work related to“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,and the dialectical thinking that grasps the pace of development on work related to“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.
