随着中国高校创新创业教育改革向纵深推进,创新创业学院的建设已经成为许多高校的共同选择。地方应用型高校双创学院在建设过程中主要面临组织定位不明晰、师资配置错位、内部资源未有效整合、实践性创新创业教育链条的行业性缺失等制约因素。因此,应通过构建双链条、双循环的创新创业人才培养模式,建设独立设置、运转有序的实体机构,打造校地共生、内外循环的生态系统,形成引领示范、影响广泛的双创品牌,构建地方应用型高校建设创新创业学院的独特模式。

With the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese colleges and universities advancing in depth,the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship schools has become a common choice for many colleges and universities.Local applied colleges and universities'dual entrepreneurship schools mainly face constraints such as unclear organizational positioning,misplaced faculty allocation,ineffective integration of internal resources,and lack of industry of practical innovation and entrepreneurship education chain in the process of construction.Therefore,the first is to build a dualchain and dual-cycle innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation model,the second is to build an independent setup and orderly functioning entity,the third is to create an ecosystem of school-land symbiosis and internal/external circulation,and the fourth is to form a dual-creation brand that leads the demonstration and has a wide influence,thus forming a unique model for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship schools of local applied colleges and universities.
