共同富裕视域下西藏地区实施体卫融合的现实意义、困境与“本土化”路径

The practical significance,dilemma and the path of"localization"of the integration of sports and health in Tibet under the perspective of common prosperity

从实现全面富裕和推动体卫融合在西藏地区更好落地出发。采用文献资料法等方法对西藏地区实施体卫融合的意义、困境和路径进行研究。意义:是贯彻落实好习近平总书记以人民为中心发展思想的积极体现;是有效防止因病返贫,因病致贫,持续提升西藏地区人民幸福感和获得感的有效方式;是改善西藏地区体育与医疗卫生资源重要途径;在边疆地区落实好体卫融合是实现中国式现代化发展的重要表现。困境:顶层设计尚未完成;经济发展依然是新时期西藏地区的重点,影响落实体卫融合的关注度;分散的居住状态不利于体卫融合的全面实施;自上而下缺乏“体+卫”双型人才。路径:完善顶层设计,注重与兄弟省份协同;走产业化发展模式,提质增“血”;“线上+线下”双管齐下合力推动体卫融合的实施;利用好内外部教育与医疗资源培养“体+卫”双型人才;紧跟城镇化发展推动体卫融合遍地开花实现中国式现代化发展。

In order to achieve comprehensive prosperity and promote the integration of sports and health care in Tibet.Using literatur review method etc,The significance,dilemma and path of the integration of health and health in Tibet were studied.Significance:It is a positive embodiment of implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's people-centered development idea;it is an effective way to prevent the return to poverty due to illness,and continuously enhance the sense of happiness and gain in Tibet;it is an important way to improve sports and medical and health resources in Tibet;and the integration of sports and health in border areas is an important manifestation of Chinese modernization.Dilemma:the top-level design is not yet completed;economic development remains the focus of Tibet in the new period,affecting the attention of physical and health integration;scattered living state is not conducive to the full implementation of physical and health integration;lack of"physical and health"talents from top to bottom.Path:improve the top-level design,pay attention to the coordination with other provinces;follow the industrial development model,improve the quality and"blood";"online+offline"to promote the implementation of sports and health integration;make good use of internal and external education and medical resources to cultivate"sports and health"dual-type talents;and follow the urbanization development to promote the integration of sports and health to achieve Chinese modernization development.
