突发事件应急语言服务自适应系统及驱动力分析

Adaptive System and Driving Force Analysis of Emergency Language Service

近年来,我国突发事件频繁发生,如何快速高效地救援成为应急管理行业的热点话题之一。应急语言服务是应急救援中提高救援速度不可或缺的一环,但我国的应急语言发展存在很多问题,为解决这些问题,本文提出构建应急语言服务自适应系统。通过分析紧急需求、变化的环境、多样性和复杂性、技术进步以及学习和反馈等驱动力,将系统在紧急情况下不断变化的语言需求环境中的优势发挥到最大。在当前大环境下,本文借助复杂适应系统理论,尝试从新视角对应急语言服务进行分析,以期对应急语言服务的发展有所裨益。

In recent years,emergencies have occurred frequently in China,and how to rescue quickly and efficiently has become one of the hot topics in the emergency management industry.Emergency language service is an indispensable part of emergency rescue,but there are many problems in the development of emergency language in China.To solve these problems,this paper proposes to build an adaptive system for emergency language service.Based on the driving forces such as emergency demand,changing environment,diversity and complexity,technological progress and learning and feedback,the advantages of the system in the changing language demand environment in an emergency will be maximized.In the current environment,this paper attempts to analyze emergency language services from a new perspective with the help of complex adaptive system theory,in order to benefit the development of emergency language services.
