虚拟现实技术在消防救援心理研究中的应用

Application of Virtual Reality Technology in Fire & Rescue Psychological Research

随着虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)技术的不断发展,它已逐渐成为诱发特定心理反应的重要工具,可帮助构建现实压力场景,进而开展高创伤暴露职业群体中的相应心理研究。本文梳理了VR技术在消防救援心理研究中的应用,主要集中在消防员记忆提取、临机决策、空间定向等认知能力的评估与训练方面,以及消防员精神压力诱发、情绪弹性评估、应激障碍治疗等心理健康促进领域,同时本文对国内消防救援心理研究的现状进行总结,提出了未来我国结合VR技术开展相关研究的思路和方法,可为消防员高级认知能力训练与应激接种训练、精神障碍筛查与诊断、应激与创伤相关障碍干预治疗等提供技术革新。

With the continuous development of Virtual Reality technology,it has gradually become an important tool to induce specific psychological responses,which can help establishing realistic stress scenarios,and then carry out corresponding psychological research in high-trauma exposure occupational groups.This paper reviews the application of VR technology in Fire&Rescue psychological research,mainly focusing on the evaluation and training of cognitive abilities such as memory extraction,decision-making and spatial orientation of firefighters,as well as mental health promotion fields such as mental stress induction,emotional resilience assessment and stress disorder treatment of firefighters.Meanwhile,this paper summarizes the current situation of Fire&Rescue psychological research in China.The ideas and methods for future related research combined with VR technology in China are put forward,which can provide technological innovations for firefighters'advanced cognitive ability training and stress inoculation training,mental disorder screening and diagnosis,and intervention treatment of stress disorders.
