天空地一体化林火监控预警系统设计与研究

摘要 本文针对森林防火应急救援需求,采用通导遥一体化手段,结合大数据、高性能计算等先进技术,着眼全国进行整体部署,构建天空地一体化林火监控预警系统,研发了从火险预报、火点识别与分析、动态监测、应急通信、指挥救援和灾损评估等功能,有助于提升我国森林防火监控预警能力,为林火应急管理提供技术支撑。 Aiming at the needs of emergency rescue for forest fire prevention,this paper adopts the means of integration of communication and remote control,combines advanced technologies such as big data and high performance computing,and focuses on the overall deployment of the whole country,constructs a Air-space-ground integrated forest fire monitoring and early warning system,and develops functions including fire danger forecasting,fire point identification and analysis,dynamic monitoring,emergency communication,command and rescue.It is helpful to improve the ability of forest fire prevention monitoring and early warning in China,and provide technical support for forest fire emergency management.
