地震救援中“医救”协调配合模式探究

Exploration on the Coordination Mode of“Medical-Rescue”in Earthquake Rescue

纵观国内外地震救援工作,医疗救助已全面贯穿于地震灾害事故,但消防救援与医疗救助仍缺乏深度融合,救援进程中仍缺少必要的生命安全评估及高效的现场医疗处置措施。本文通过调查问卷等方式分析消防救援队伍在地震救援中“医救”协调配合中存在的不足,以提升地震救援中“医救”专业救援能力为主要研究内容,从提升医疗能力、“医救”技术融合、医救联动体系等方面提出解决策略,为推动消防救援与医疗救助深度融合,提高城市应急能力提供借鉴。

Throughout the earthquake rescue at home and abroad,medical assistance has been fully performing through earthquake disasters and accidents,but fire&rescue teams and medical assistance are still running short of deep integration,and there is still a lack of necessary life-safety assessment and efficient on-site medical treatment measures in the rescue process.In this paper,through the questionnaire and other ways to analyze the fire rescue team in the earthquake rescue-medical"coordination deficiencies,in order to enhance the earthquake rescue-medical professional rescue ability as the main research content,while proposing solution strategy from the improvement of medical ability,medical-rescue technology integration,medical-rescue linkage system and other aspects,in order to promote the fire&rescue and medical rescue integration with depth to provide reference for improving urban emergency response capacity.
