摘要
为了提高结构的力学性能,将具有自稳定与刚度可调特点的张拉整体结构引入旋转刚体胞元结构设计中,制作一种具有张拉整体力学特性的负泊松比超材料结构,通过调节旋转刚体胞元中弹性体的尺寸参数达到刚度可调的效果,与传统旋转刚体的负泊松比超材料结构相比,具有张拉特性的负泊松比结构抗压性更好,可以反复使用,为负泊松比超材料结构设计提供一种新的设计思路。
In order to better improve the mechanical properties of the structure,this paper introduces the tensegrity structure with self-stability and adjustable stiffness into the design of rotating rigid body cell structure.A metamaterial structure with negative Poisson ratio with tensegrity overall mechanical properties is made,and the stiffness can be adjusted by adjusting the size parameters of the elastomer in the rotating rigid body cell.Compared with the traditional negative Poisson ratio metamaterial structure with traditional rotating rigid body,the negative Poisson ratio structure with tensegrity characteristics has better compressive resistance and can be used repeatedly.It provides a new design idea for metamaterial structure design with negative Poisson ratio.
