摘要
【目的】使用大螺距螺纹车削在保证加工质量的同时,提高加工效率。【方法】以大螺距三角形螺纹为例,对加工方法进行研究,参考不同的车削法的分析与试验,并对其进行优化。【结果】相较于传统加工方法,使用数控车削三角形大螺距螺纹加工法,加工效率提升2~3倍。通过刀具设计、材料选择等,解决了三角形大螺距螺纹在数控车削过程中存在的问题。尤其是螺距为4~6 mm的三角形螺纹,在保证螺纹加工质量的前提下,大幅提高生产效率,降低生产成本。【结论】本研究为数控车削大螺距三角形螺纹在螺纹车刀设计方面提供了重要参考依据,具有推广价值。
[Purposes]This paper aims to improve the machining efficiency while ensuring the machining quality by using large pitch thread turning.[Methods]Taking the large pitch triangular thread as an ex-ample,the processing method was studied,and the analysis and test of different turning methods were re-ferred to and optimized.[Findings]Compared with the traditional processing method,the processing effi-ciency is improved by 2~3 times by using the numerical control turning triangular large pitch thread pro-cessing method.Through tool design,material selection,etc.,the problems existing in the CNC turning process of triangular large pitch threads are solved.Especially for the triangular thread with pitch of 4~6 mm,the production efficiency is greatly improved and the production cost is reduced under the premise of ensuring the quality of thread processing.[Conclusions]This study provides an important reference for CNC turning of large pitch triangular threads in the design of turning tools,and has the value of pro-motion.
