摘要
【目的】巴润分公司选矿系统一段闭路磨矿分级系统由旋流器作为分级设备和磨机构成,为提高选矿系统一段磨矿分级效率,减少旋流器沉砂夹细-200目含量,提升一段磨矿分级效果,优化设备现场适应性。【方法】通过压力(P)单因素对比试验对比柱式平底型旋流器与传统型旋流器(+20°锥)在不同压力条件下的分级效果。针对柱式平底型旋流器运行参数进行柱段长度(H)单因素对比试验和角锥比(ds/do)单因素对比试验。【结果】由试验结果可知,柱式平底型旋流器在分级效果方面优于传统型旋流器,证明一次分级设备更新为柱式平底型旋流器是可行的,深层次分析柱式平底旋流器内部流场的优化参数,确定柱段按长度选用H=1 100 mm,考虑溢流产品质量要求,角锥比(ds/do)选用ds/do=0.66。【结论】研究成果为选厂工艺设备升级提供了参考依据。
[Purposes]As the first stage closed circuit grinding and classification system of dressing system of Barun branch is composed of cyclone as classification equipment and mill,this paper aims to improve the efficiency of first-stage grinding classification of beneficiation system,reduce the content of-200 mesh of cyclone sand settling,improve the effect of first-stage grinding classification and optimize the adaptability of equipment on site.[Methods]Through the pressure(P)single factor com-parison test,the classification effect of the column flat-bottomed cyclone and the traditional cyclone(+20°cone)under different pressure conditions was compared.According to the operating parameters of the cylindrical flat-bottom cyclone,the single factor comparison test of the column length(H)and the single factor comparison test of the cone ratio(ds/do)were carried out.[Findings]From the test results,it can be seen that the column-type flat-bottomed cyclone is superior to the traditional cyclone in terms of classification effect,which proves that it is feasible to update the primary classification equipment to the column-type flat-bottomed cyclone.The optimization parameters of the internal flow field of the column-type flat-bottomed cyclone were analyzed in depth,and the length of the column was determined to be H=1100 mm.Considering the quality requirements of the overflow product,the angle-cone ratio(ds/do)was se-lected as ds/do=0.66.[Conclusions]The research results provide a reference for the upgrading of pro-cess equipment in the concentrator.
