新文科引领石油高校创新型人才管理研究

Innovative Talent Management Research of Petroleum Universities Under The Guidance of New Liberal Arts

【目的】围绕石油特色创新型人才培养、“一带一路”来华留学生教育与沿线人才培养,在新文科引领的大背景下研究石油高校创新型人才管理方法。【方法】立足于西安石油大学石油石化特色优势及国际留学生教育背景,从立德树人、学生管理、石油精神、学科竞赛、文化交流等方面进行综合分析,对西安石油大学新文科建设过程中创新型人才管理相关方法进行探究。【结果】从管理工作方法与新技术融合、石油“基因”促进价值重塑、学科竞赛提升创新能力等方面,给出了石油高校创新型人才综合管理具体实施举措和实施效果。【结论】通过管理方法创新,培养人才的政治认同、文化素养、家国情怀及综合素质是新文科建设在石油特色院校创新型人才管理方面的生动实践,在促进石油类高校创新型人才培养、促进“一带一路”沿线国家文化交流等方面发挥重要作用。

[Purposes]Focusing on the cultivation of innovative talents with petroleum characteristics,the education of foreign students in China and the cultivation of talents along the Belt and Road,this paper studies the management methods of innovative talents in petroleum universities under the background of new liberal arts.[Methods]Based on our universities'petroleum and petrochemical characteristics and international students'education background,comprehensive analysis was conducted from the aspects of fostering virtue through education,student management,petroleum spirit,academic competition,cultural exchange,etc,exploring related methods of innovative talent management in the process of the construc-tion of new liberal arts in our university.[Findings]The specific implementation measures and effects of the comprehensive management of innovative talents in petroleum universities are given from the aspects of the integration of management methods and new technologies,the promotion of value remodeling by petroleum"genes",and the improvement of innovation ability by discipline competitions.[Conclusions]Through management methods innovation,we should train talent's political identity,cultural literacy,na-tional sentiment and comprehensive qualities,which is a lively practice about new liberal arts construc-tion in the aspects of innovative talent management in petroleum characteristics universities,and plays an important role in promoting the training of innovative talents in petroleum universities and promoting national cultural exchange of countries along"the Belt and Road"route.
