基于方差分析法的泡沫沥青发泡效果敏感性分析

摘要 泡沫沥青冷再生技术具有成本低廉、施工简单、节能环保等优点,在各地应用空间广阔。评价泡沫沥青发泡效果的关键指标通常是膨胀率和半衰期,通过室内发泡试验对膨胀率和半衰期进行研究,采用方差分析方法对沥青发泡效果的影响因素——发泡用水量、发泡温度等进行影响因素显著性分析,从而确定发泡质量的最敏感因素。试验数据分析最终表明发泡用水量为影响发泡质量最敏感因素。 The cold recycling technology of foam asphalt has the advantages of low cost,simple construction,energy conservation and environmental protection,and has wide application space everywhere.The key indicators to evaluate the foaming effect of foam asphalt are usually the expansion rate and half-life.Through indoor foaming test,the expansion rate and half-life are studied,and variance analysis method is used to analyze the significance of the influencing factors of asphalt foaming effect-foaming water consumption,foaming temperature,etc.,so as to determine the most sensitive factors of foaming quality.Analysis of experimental data ultimately indicates that foaming water consumption is the most sensitive factor affecting foaming quality.
