旧水泥路面共振碎石化技术的应用分析

Application Analysis of Resonance Crushing Technology for Old Cement Pavement

针对旧水泥路面改造中反射裂缝问题,依据路面改造理论研究与实践情况,提出采用旧水泥路面共振碎石化技术,明确了旧水泥路面共振碎石化技术优势与应用要点,可在保证路面改造质量的同时,实现旧水泥材料的循环使用,提高工程经济性;围绕国道大修工程“共振碎石化+沥青混凝土面层”施工方法展开分析,实践显示自完工开放交通以来,路面未产生反射裂缝、沉陷变形问题。

Aiming at the problem of reflection cracks in the reconstruction of old cement pavement,according to the theoretical research and practice of pavement reconstruction,the resonance crushing technology of old cement pavement is proposed,and the advantages and application points of resonance crushing technology of old cement pavement are clarified,which can realize the recycling of old cement materials and improve the economy of the project while ensuring the quality of pavement reconstruction;Based on the analysis of the construction method of"resonance crushing+asphalt concrete surface course"in the national highway overhaul project,the practice shows that since the completion and opening of traffic,the pavement has not had the problems of reflection crack,settlement and deformation.
