摘要
九江二桥至今已通车运营第9年,长期的饱和交通量使铺装层承受着巨大压力,环氧沥青铺装使用性能逐步衰减。为了对环氧沥青钢桥面铺装养护提出针对措施,基于环氧沥青铺装病害检测方法与典型病害特点,结合钢桥面系结构特点,运用网格化评价方法,以钢桥面铺装破损状况指数(SDPCI)对九江二桥环氧沥青钢桥面铺装性能进行评价,给出了钢桥面铺装未来三年各类型病害养护需求量预测。研究结果可以有效预测钢桥面环氧沥青铺装层的病害发展,从而为钢桥面养护管理工作提供专业化、精细化的养护参考。
Jiujiang Second Bridge has been open to traffic for the ninth year.The pavement is under great pressure due to long-term saturated traffic volume.The service performance of epoxy asphalt pavement gradually declines.In order to put forward specific measures for the pavement and maintenance of epoxy asphalt steel bridge deck.Based on the inspection methods and typical disease characteristics of epoxy asphalt pavement,combined with the structural characteristics of steel bridge deck system,the grid evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance of epoxy asphalt steel bridge deck pavement of Jiujiang Second Bridge by using the steel deck pavement condition index(SDPCI).The maintenance demand of various diseases of steel bridge deck pavement in the next three years is predicted.The research results can effectively predict the disease development of the epoxy asphalt pavement on the steel bridge deck,so as to provide professional and refined maintenance guidance for the maintenance and management of the steel bridge deck.
