腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取82例子宫肌瘤患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组41例。对照组行传统开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,研究组行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组术后排气时间、平均住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术前,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后,研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为4.88%,明显低于对照组的21.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤患者治疗中,采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术可改善患者免疫功能,加速患者术后康复,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy on the treatment of uterine fibroids and the effect on the immune function of patients.Methods 82 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open hysteromyomectomy,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The postoperative exhaust time and average hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in CD3^(+)and CD4^(+) indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+) indexes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.o5).The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.88%,which was significantly lower than 21.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids,laparoscopic myomectomy can improve the immune function of patients and accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
