地屈孕酮联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全所致先兆流产的临床效果

Clinical effect of dydrogesterone combined with progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion caused by luteal insufficiency

目的探讨在黄体功能不全所致先兆流产治疗中地屈孕酮联合黄体酮对临床疗效及用药安全性的影响。方法选取80例黄体功能不全所致先兆流产患者,根据数字奇偶法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组单用地屈孕酮治疗,研究组采用地屈孕酮联合黄体酮治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后两组血清孕酮、雌二醇及人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平均高于治疗前,且研究组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗总有效率为75.00%,研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地屈孕酮联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全所致先兆流产患者的效果确切,可缓解临床症状,有效改善患者体内激素水平的同时,还能减少不良反应风险,具备较高的有效性及安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of dydrogesterone combined with progesterone on clinical efficacy and drug safety in the treatment of threatened abortion caused by luteal insufficiency.Methods 80 patients with threatened abortion due to luteal insufficiency were divided into control group and study group according to digital parity method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone alone,and the study group was treated with dydrogesterone combined with progesterone,The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the serum levels of progesterone,estradiol and human chorionic gonadotropin in 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%,and that of the study group was 95.00%.The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dydrogesterone combined with progesterone in the treatment of patients with threatened abortion caused by luteal insufficiency has a definite effect,can alleviate clinical symptoms,effectively improve hormone levels in patients,but also reduce the risk of adverse reactions,with high effectiveness and safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
