在更年期综合征女性患者护理过程中采用人文关怀护理的效果探讨

Discussion on the effect of humanistic care in the nursing process of female patients with climacteric syndrome

目的探讨人文关怀护理在更年期综合征(CMS)护理中的应用效果。方法选取130例CMS患者,依照入院顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组65例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以人文关怀护理。比较两组应用效果。结果干预前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、更年期评定量表(MRS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相比干预前,干预后两组HAMA、HAMD、MRS评分均降低,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为98.46%,显著高于对照组的89.23%(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理应用于CMS患者中,有助于缓解不良情绪,改善更年期症状,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care nursing in climacteric syndrome(CMS)nursing.Methods 130 CMS patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and menopause rating scale(MRS)between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before intervention,HAMA,HAMD and MRS Scores in both groups were decreased after intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 98.46%,significantly higher than 89.23%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing in CMS patients can help alleviate bad emotions,improve menopausal symptoms,and improve patient nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
