预见性护理对阴道分娩产妇产后出血的预防效果观察

Observation of preventive effect of predictive nursing on postpartum hemorrhage in women with vaginal delivery

目的观察预见性护理对阴道分娩产妇产后出血的预防效果。方法选取76名阴道分娩产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组38名。对照组产妇实施常规阴道分娩护理措施,观察组产妇在对照组基础上实施预见性护理措施。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组产妇的产后2 h、24 h出血量均显著少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的产后出血发生率2.63%显著低于对照组的15.79%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比对照组,观察组产妇的护理满意度评分明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对阴道分娩产妇实施预见性护理措施,能够有效减少产妇的产后出血量,降低产后出血发生率,并提高产妇护理满意度,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the preventive effect of predictive nursing on postpartum hemorrhage in women with vaginal delivery.Methods 76 women with vaginal delivery were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 38 in each group.The women in the control group received routine vaginal delivery nursing measures,and the women in the observation group received predictive nursing measures based on the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The postpartum blood loss at 2 h and 24 h in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in observation group(2.63%)was significantly lower than that in control group(15.79%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing measures for parturients in vaginal delivery can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,reduce the incidence of postpartum bleeding,and improve the satisfaction of maternal nursing,which has clinical popularization value.
