本科生科研训练与创新的现实启示

科研训练是培养大学生创新能力的重要环节,也是为国家培养创新复合型人才的重要举措。本科生科研训练在国外高校起步较早,现已成为发达国家本科教育中独具特色的重要部分,而我国高校在这方面仍存在大学生主动性不高、高校引导力度不够、教师授课模式和资源受限等问题。因此,该研究对目前本科生科研训练发展历史和现状进行整理和分析,总结我国高校科研训练与创新课程开设过程中可能面临的问题并从中得到的现实启示。该文的研究对本科生综合素质的提高、专业核心竞争力的培养及高校科研训练与创新课程体系的完善具有重要的参考价值。

Scientific research training is a significant link in cultivating the innovative ability of college students and an important measure to cultivate innovative and versatile talents for our country.Undergraduate research training started early in foreign universities which has become a unique and important part of undergraduate education in the developed countries.However,there are still problems in Chinese universities in this regard,such as low initiative of college students,insufficient guidance from universities,and limited teaching modes and resources for teachers.Therefore,our study summarizes and analyzes the history and current situation of the development of undergraduate research training,summarizes the problems which may be faced in the process of scientific research training and innovation courses in Chinese universities,and explores the practical inspirations.This paper has important value for improving the comprehensive quality of undergraduate students,cultivating professional competitiveness,and improving curriculum system of the scientific research training and innovation in universities in China.
