基于MOOCs的翻转课堂教学模式探索——以妇产科学课程为例

摘要 妇产科学是临床医学专业的核心课程,是医学基础课程过渡到临床实践的重要主干课程,对学生临床实践能力、临床核心素养、临床思维能力的培养具有重要的地位和作用。该文选取广州医科大学第三临床学院2016级60名学生,随机分成常规教学法组和教学试验组,比较2组学生异位妊娠章节理论成绩,通过问卷调查评价各组学生对教学效果的满意情况,同时对授课老师和学生进行访谈,概括MOOCs(慕课)、FC(翻转课堂)及二者融合的特点和优势,提出妇产科学专业课授课采用MOOCs-FC-MOOCs教学模式值得肯定,为建设国家级一流妇产科学专业背景下的课程建设提供参考和应用实践。 Obstetrics and Gynecology is the core course of clinical medicine and an important trunk course for the transition from basic medical courses to clinical practice,which plays an important role in the cultivation of students'clinical practice ability,clinical core accomplishment and clinical thinking ability.This paper selected 60 students from the Third Clinical College of Guangzhou Medical University in 2016 and randomly divided them into the conventional teaching method group and the teaching experimental group.The theoretical achievements of the ectopic pregnancy chapter of the students in the two groups are compared,and the satisfaction of the students in each group with the teaching effect was evaluated through a questionnaire survey.At the same time,the teachers and students are interviewed.This paper summarizes the characteristics and advantages of MOOCs(Massive Open Online Cowrses),FC(Flipped Classroom)and their integration,and points out that the MOOCs-FC-MOOCs teaching mode is worthy of recognition for gynecology and obstetrics professional courses,and provides reference and application practice for curriculum construction under the background of national first-class obstetrics and gynecology major.
