摘要
黄瓜是我国重要的蔬菜种类之一,目前已报道约36种病毒可侵染黄瓜,其中瓜类蚜传黄化病毒(Cucurbit aphid-borne yellows virus,CABYV)平均检出率为0.65%。2021年9月在甘肃省白银地区发生病毒病的黄瓜田,发现叶片呈现黄化、明脉症状黄瓜病株。为明确其病原,采集病株后,采用分子生物学方法对病样进行了检测。RT-PCR及病毒CP基因序列测定分析结果表明,该病样受到瓜类蚜传黄化病毒Cucurbit aphid-borne yellows virus(CABYV)的感染。这是继2017年在甘肃酒泉市瓜州县的甜瓜上检测到CABYV后,在甘肃白银市靖远县的黄瓜上再次检测到该病毒。
Cucumis sativus is one of the important vegetable species in China.To date,nearly 36 viruses have been reported to be able to infect cucumber.Among them,the average detection rate of cucurbit aphid-borne yellows virus(CABYV)is 0.65%.In September 2021,a cucumber plot with viral disease occurred in the Baiyin,Gansu Province,and there was symptoms of yellowing and vein clearing on the leaves from cucumber-diseased plant.The disease strains were collected and tested using molecular biology methods to verify the pathogen.RT-PCR and viral CP gene sequencing analysis showed that the disease sample was infected by the CABYV.CABYV on melons was discovered firstly in Guazhou County,Jiuquan in 2017,which was noticed secondly on cucumbers in Baiyin of Gansu Province in September 2021.
