工业电子雷管全产业链大数据平台的构建策略

摘要 现代工程建设领域中,爆破作业是非常常见的一项内容。随着工程建设对爆破作业精度、操控性、安全性等方面要求的不断提升,传统雷管已经无法满足爆破作业的需求。在这一背景下,具有高安全性与精准性的工业电子雷管被研发出来,并快速得到了业界的认可。文章对工业电子雷管的特点及其应用优势进行了简要阐释,并结合其应用中存在的问题,提出工业电子雷管全产业链大数据平台的构建策略,从而有效解决工业电子雷管应用中的问题,更好保障其应用安全性。 In the field of modern engineering construction,blasting operation is a very common content.With the continuous improvement of engineering construction requirements for precision,controllability,and safety of blasting operations,traditional detonators are no longer able to meet the needs of blasting operations.In this context,industrial electronic detonators with high safety and accuracy have been developed and quickly recognized by the industry.The article briefly explains the characteristics and application advantages of industrial electronic detonators,and proposes the construction strategy of a big data platform for the entire industrial chain of industrial electronic detonators based on the existing problems in their application.It effectively solves the problems in the application of industrial electronic detonators and better ensures their application security.
