我国传染病预警监测模型研究进展综述

Review of Research Progress on Early Warning and Monitoring Models for Infectious Diseases in China

传染病预警是疫情防控的关键,基于数据模型开展传染病预警研究一直是公共卫生领域的研究热点。本文对传染病预警模型进行总结,归纳为以下两个方面:第一,不同方法在传染病预警模型中的应用;第二,不同监测资料在传染病预警模型中的应用。最后总结影响模型预警效果的原因并提出改善意见,对预警模型在新发传染病预警方面的发展具有一定积极意义。

Early warning of infectious diseases is the key to epidemic prevention and control,and research on early warning of infectious diseases based on data models has always been a hot topic in the field of public health.This article summarizes the early warning models of infectious diseases and summarizes them into two aspects.Firstly,the application of different methods in the early warning models of infectious diseases.Secondly,the application of different monitoring data in infectious disease warning models.Finally,the reasons affecting the early warning effect of the model are summarized and improvement suggestions are proposed,which has certain positive significance for the development of early warning models in the early warning of new infectious diseases.
