民俗承载着中华民族的传统文化,其中渗透着经过历史选择的群体意志,是社会群体基于群体经验在解构社会生活的基础上建构的文化符号,其背后隐藏着既促成普通民众生活意义建构又糅合于日常生活的社会伦理道德。民俗在价值导向上与社会主义核心价值观趋同,教化民众群体基本道德规范,以群体价值理念规范与约束个体行为,培育民族认同感,温润家国情怀,磨炼道德意志,促成良好道德行为的生成。新时代的学校教育应将民俗元素融入课程与教学、校园环境创设、学校管理方式中,通过开发民俗相关课程,采用体验式教学法,创设具有民俗特色的校园环境,结合乡规民约优化学校管理方式,实现立德树人的教育任务,培育时代新人。
