学习分析的研究现状审视及未来路向思考——基于2011-2022年LAK论文的可视化分析

摘要 十多年来,学习分析的发展为描述学习过程细节、洞察学习发展趋势、评判学习参与效果、开展学习成绩预警等方面提供了有效帮助。“学习分析与知识国际会议”(LAK)作为唯一以学习分析为主题的顶级国际性学术会议,致力推动学习分析的前沿研究,也汇集了学习分析最新的实践研究成果,是学习分析研究的风向标。为了更清晰地了解学习分析的研究现状,探寻未来的发展路向,文章对ACM数据库收录的2011-2022年LAK长论文进行收集与整理,并运用CiteSpace对论文的合作网络、文献共被引、研究主题聚类等方面进行可视化分析。结果发现存在的主要问题有:学习分析作者、机构以及国家的合作与交流逐渐增加,而合作结构却比较松散;学习分析在高校研究广泛,却较少关注K12教育,并且在教育实践中的应用不够深入;学习分析研究主题虽然更加多元并贴合研究热点与现实发展,但是新技术在学习分析中的应用较为滞后,二者发展的融合度不足。基于此,学习分析的未来发展要着重从以下方面开展思考:打破研究边界,实现学科间深度融合;深化现实应用,关注用户的切实需求;结合新兴技术,优化教育和教学过程。 The development of learning analytics in the past decade has provided effective help in describing the details of learning process,forecasting the development trend of learning,judging the effect of participation in learning,and carrying out early warning of achievements in learning.The International Conference on Learning Analytics and Knowledge(LAK),as the only top-level international academic conference with the theme of learning analytics,is commited to promoting cutting-edge research and gathering the latest practical results of learning analytics,which is the wind vane of learning analytics research,In order to better understand the research status of development in learning analytics and explore the future development direction,this study collected and sorted out the papers of LAK from 2011 to 2022 included in ACM database,and used CiteSpace to conduct visual analysis on the cooperation network,the co-citation of literature and the clustering of the research topics.The results show that the main problems include:the cooperation and communication between intermational authors,institutions and countries on learning analytics are gradually increasing,but the structure of cooperation is relatively loose;learning analytics is widely studied in colleges and universities,but less attention is paid to K12 education,and its application in educational practice is not deep enough;the research topics of learning analytics are more diversified and fit in with research hotspots and practical development,but the application of new technologies in learning analytics is relatively backward,and the integration of the two aspects'development is insufficient.Based on this,the future development of learning analytics should focus on the following aspects:breaking the research boundaries and realizing the in-depth integration between disciplines;deepening the practical applications and paying attention to the practical needs of users;and optimizing the education and teaching process by combining with the emerging technologies.
