新时代党的治疆方略视域下新疆铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践进路

Practical Approach of the Consciousness of Chinese Nation Community From the Perspective of the Strategy of Governing Xinjiang

论文厘清了新时代党的治疆方略与新疆铸牢中华民族共同体意识的逻辑关系:铸牢中华民族共同体意识是党和国家建设新疆的价值指向,是新时代党的治疆方略的价值归属;党的治疆方略的落实,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供了实践基础。两者的关系具体体现在四个维度。在此基础上,探讨了新时代党的治疆方略视域下新疆铸牢中华民族共同体意识的加强治理、凝聚民心、铸牢共识,实现意识形态再塑的价值意蕴,并提出了提升治理效能,夯实新疆中华民族共同体意识的执政之基;立足区域发展特色,铸牢新疆中华民族共同体意识的物质基础;推进文化润疆工程,构筑中华民族共同体意识的精神家园;优化互嵌式社会结构,构建新疆中华民族共同体意识的社会基石;注重区域生态环境,铸牢新疆中华民族共同体意识等五个方面的实践路径。

Since strengthening the Consciousness of Chinese National Community was put forward.The new era has given The Strategy of the Communist Party of China to Govern Xinjiang in the New Era the new mission and tasks,requirement and situations,opportunities and challenges.The Strategy of the Communist Party of China to Govern Xinjiang in the New Era and Xinjiang strengthening the Consciousness of Chinese Nation Community logical relationship is to achieve long-term stability and cast a solid institutional guarantee for the consciousness of the Chinese nation community in Xinjiang;promote national unity and build up the social joint force of the consciousness of the Chinese nation community in Xinjiang;enhance cultural identity and build a common spiritual home for all ethnic groups in Xinjiang;enrich the people and rejuvenate Xinjiang,lay a solid material foundation and build an important foundation for the consciousness of the Chinese nation community in Xinjiang;consolidate the effectiveness of governance and cast an important condition for the consciousness of the Chinese nation community in Xinjiang.Therefore,practical approach of the Consciousness of Chinese National Community from the perspective of the Strategy of Governing Xinjiang is to strengthen the consciousness of the Chinese nation community in Xinjiang to improve the governance efficiency and consolidate the ruling foundation of the construction of the Chinese nation community in Xinjiang.To carry out consultation,co-construction and sharing,and to strengthen the material basis of the consciousness of the Chinese nation community in Xinjiang;vigorously implement cultural Run Jiang and build a spiritual home for the construction of the Chinese nation community;optimize the embedded social structure and build the social cornerstone of the construction of the Chinese nation community in Xinjiang;strengthen the construction of ecological civilization and help the construction of the Chinese nation community in Xinjiang.
