研究生教育改革背景下研究生联合培养模式的实践与探索——以南疆K大学为例

Practice and Exploration of Joint Cultivation Mode of Graduate Students in the Context of Graduate Education Reform——Taking South Xinjiang K University as an Example

摘要 联合培养是培养研究生的重要模式与机制,是优化、整合优势资源,实现教育资源与环境资源互补,提升研究生创新水平和实践能力的重要途径。论文以南疆K大学为切入点,对研究生联合培养模式中存在的体制机制不够健全、培养形式欠丰富、特色不够鲜明、推动学科与专业建设力度不够大、“双导师制”落实不到位等问题进行了分析,提出了加大制度建设力度,立足地方、立足区域,不断探索新的联合培养形式,加强内涵建设、促进带动学科专业发展,推进双导师制落地等研究生联合培养模式深化改革的思考。 The joint training is an important mode and mechanism for training graduate students.It is an important way to optimize and integrate advantageous resources,achieve complementarity between educational resources and environmental resources,and improve the innovation level and practical ability of graduate students.Taking South Xinjiang K University as the starting point,the paper analyses the problems in the joint training model for graduate students,such as inadequate institutional mechanisms,lack of rich and distinctive training forms,insufficient efforts to promote the construction of disciplines and majors,and inadequate implementation of the“dual mentor system”;the proposal proposes to strengthen institutional construction efforts based on local and regional factors,continuously explore new forms of joint education,strengthen connotation construction,promote the development of disciplines and majors,and promote the implementation of the dual mentor system,so as to deepen the reform of graduate joint education models.
