单根张拉前卡式千斤顶热力学特性分析

摘要 提出一种基于ANSYS有限元的单根张拉前卡式千斤顶内热力学特性分析方法。液压油黏度对温度变化十分敏感,而且其黏度变化直接影响液压动作、传递效率和传递精度,所以对张拉千斤顶的热力学特性研究是至关重要的。热流固多场耦合的方法是所采取的研究方法,针对液压千斤顶固体和流体部分分别建立热传导模型和湍流模型,进行千斤顶热力学特性的仿真分析,得到千斤顶正常工作时液压缸内温度场、热应力场和热应变场的仿真结果图,对比仿真与试验结果,为千斤顶材料选取和结构改进提供理论基础。 In this paper,an analysis method of internal thermodynamic characteristics of single pre-tensioning cassette jack based on ANSYS finite element is proposed.The viscosity of hydraulic oil is very sensitive to temperature change,and its viscosity change directly affects hydraulic action,transmission efficiency and transmission accuracy,so it is very important to study the thermodynamic characteristics of tensioning jack.The method of heat flow-solid multi-field coupling is the research method adopted in this paper.The heat conduction model and turbulence model are established for the solid and fluid parts of the hydraulic jack respectively,and the thermodynamic characteristics of the jack are simulated and analyzed,and the simulation results of temperature field,thermal stress field and thermal strain field in the hydraulic cylinder when the jack works normally are obtained,and the simulation results are compared with the experimental results to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of jack materials and structural improvement.
