基于Revit和ANSYS软件的城市轨道交通连续箱梁桥无缝线路模型转换方法

摘要 目的:为解决城市轨道交通连续箱梁桥上无缝线路(以下简称“桥上无缝线路”)在ANSYS软件中建模过程繁琐、效率低下等问题,应引入Revit软件,以快速协同建筑设计软件和有限元分析软件的交互功能。方法:引入BIM(建筑信息模型)作为建筑设计与结构分析2个阶段间信息共享和交互应用的桥梁,Revit模型作为模型转换的信息载体,结合Revit软件的API(应用程序接口)及基于C#语言的二次开发技术,提出了针对桥上无缝线路的由Revit模型转换到ANSYS模型的方法。对转换后的模型进行后处理分析,得到温度作用工况和列车作用工况下连续箱梁桥上的钢轨纵向力和纵向位移的计算结果,并与相关文献的计算结果进行对比,以验证该方法的合理性和准确性。结果及结论:该方法通过调用Revit模型中各结构构造物的参数信息,能够自动执行ANSYS模型的前处理过程(包括几何构建、赋予材质和单元属性、模型切割、网格划分、模型约束等),可实现Revit模型向ANSYS模型的直接转换。该方法具有合理性和准确性,可打通Revit软件与ANSYS软件间的信息壁垒,实现复杂Revit模型导入有限元中数值计算的目标,大大减少建模及计算的时间。 Objective:In order to solve the problems of tedious process and low efficiency in CWR(continuous welded rails)modeling on continuous box girder bridges of urban rail transit(referred to as′CWR on bridge′)in ANSYS software,Revit software should be introduced to quickly realize with the interaction between architectural design software and finite element analysis software.Method:BIM(Building Information Model)is introduced as the bridge of information sharing and interactive application between the two stages of architectural design and structural analysis,and the Revit model is used as the information carrier of model transformation.Combined with the API(application program interface)of Revit software and the secondary development technology based on C#language,this paper a method of transforming the Revit model to the ANSYS model for CWR on bridge is put forward.After post-processing and analysis of the converted model,the calculation results of rail longitudinal force and longitudinal displacement on continuous box girder bridge under temperature and train conditions are obtained,and compared with those of related literature to verify the rationality and accuracy of the method.Result&Conclusion:This method can automatically execute the pre-processing process of ANSYS model(including geometry construction,material and element property assignment,model segmentation,meshing,and model constraint)by calling the parameter information of each structural component in the Revit model,and achieve direct conversion from Revit model to ANSYS model.This method is reasonable and accurate,it can break through the information barrier between Revit software and ANSYS software,and achieve the goal of importing complex Revit models into finite element numerical calculation,greatly reducing the time for modeling and calculation.
