摘要
目的:随着城市轨道交通的不断发展,其运维面临各专业系统结构复杂、运维保障难度高等诸多挑战。传统运维体系下,主要以人工日常维护、设备盯控和应急处置为主,存在效率低下、成本高和跨专业协作困难等问题。因此提出了一种城市轨道交通多专业数字化运维体系。方法:介绍了多专业数字化运维系统的“业务数字化”和“数字业务化”过程以及系统架构;介绍了多专业数字化运维模式的组织模式和维修规程的优化内容;介绍了多专业数字化运维体系下一线工班、运维中心工班的运维模式;以应急抢修为例,分析了宁波地铁多专业数字化运维体系的应用效果。结果与结论:宁波地铁的应用实践结果表明:多专业数字化运维体系建设促成了宁波地铁运维管理模式的数字化转型;该体系的建立有助于优化运维流程、提升运维效率、提升服务质量和降低运维成本。
Objective:As urban rail transit continues to develop,its operation and maintenance face numerous challenges,such as complex structures of various professional systems and high difficulty of operation and maintenance.Under the traditional operation and maintenance system,manual daily maintenance,equipment monitoring and emergency handling are mainly used,having issues such as low efficiency,high cost and difficulties in cross-specialty cooperation.Therefore,a multi-specialty digital operation and maintenance system for urban rail transit is proposed.Method:The′digitization of business′and′business commercialization′process and system architecture of the multi-specialty digital operation and maintenance system are introduced;the organizational model and optimized content of maintenance procedures in the digital operation and maintenance model are explained;the operation and maintenance mode of front-line work teams and operation and maintenance center work teams in the digital operation and maintenance system are given.Taking emergency repair as an example,the application effect of Ningbo Metro′s multi-specialty digital operation and maintenance system is analyzed.Result&Conclusion:The application practice in Ningbo Metro indicates that the construction of multi-specialty digital operation and maintenance system has promoted the digital transformation of operation and maintenance management model in Ningbo Metro;The establishment of this system helps to optimize operation and maintenance processes,improve operation and maintenance efficiency,service quality,and reduce operation and maintenance costs.
