摘要
目的:为实现既有线路的车辆在线监测及智能维护,根据城市轨道交通车辆维护现状,设计了适用于城市轨道交通既有线路的车辆在线监测系统。方法:分析了城市轨道交通既有线路在车辆日常维护、故障分析和应急指挥中存在的问题;介绍了车辆在线监测系统的结构、功能架构、数据传输方式,并分析了该系统应用后对既有车地通信业务的影响;介绍了该系统的前端逻辑分析和智能故障定位两项关键技术。结果及结论:车辆在线监测系统的优势主要体现实时性、经济性,以及能提高故障定位及处置效率和能更好地辅助调度决策4个方面;北京某线路的实测结果表明,该系统不会对既有车地业务的数据传输产生影响;该系统解决了既有城市轨道交通线路车辆监测和维护困难的问题,总体上提升了车辆维护及运营指挥效率。
Objective:To achieve the real-time monitoring and intelligent maintenance of existing rail lines,a vehicle online monitoring system suitable for urban rail transit existing lines is designed based on the maintenance status of urban rail transit vehicles.Method:With an analysis of the problems in the daily maintenance,fault diagnosis,and emergency command of existing lines in urban rail transit,the structure,functional architecture,and data transmission method of the vehicle online monitoring system are introduced,and the impact of the system application on the existing vehicle-ground communication business is analyzed.Two key technologies of front-end logic analysis and intelligent fault localization of the system are also introduced.Result&Conclusion:The advantages of the online monitoring system for vehicles are mainly reflected in four aspects:the timeliness,the economy,the ability to improve fault localization and disposal efficiency,and better assistance in dispatch decision-making.The results of actual measurements on a certain line in Beijing show that the system does not affect the data transmission of existing vehicle-ground operations.The system solves the difficulties of monitoring and maintenance of existing urban rail transit lines,and overall improves the efficiency of vehicle maintenance and operation command.
