摘要
目的:轨旁信号设备维护数据维度高、时间跨度大、数据体量大,为充分挖掘维护数据价值,提高设备维护效率和设备故障处置效率,需探索维护数据的挖掘与应用方式。方法:分析了轨旁信号设备数据的获取方式、类别、预处理方法和特点,得到了轨旁信号设备的故障类型、故障分布特点和维护规律;介绍了维护数据的挖掘方法和维护策略优化内容;介绍了用于维护数据可视化展示的轨旁信号设备全生命平台的功能模块。结果与结论:上海轨道交通14号线的应用结果表明,实现轨旁信号设备维护数据可视化展示,既便于新员工学习时使用,又能使维护人员直观地了解设备的基本情况和运行状态,有利于缩短维护时间、节约成本、提高企业效益。
Objective:The maintenance data of trackside signal equipment features high dimension,wide time span,and large data volume.In order to fully explore the value of maintenance data,improve equipment maintenance and fault handling efficiency,it is necessary to explore the mining and application methods of maintenance data.Method:By analyzing the data acquisition methods,categories,preprocessing methods,and characteristics of trackside signal equipment,the fault types,fault distribution characteristics,and maintenance rules of trackside signal equipment are obtained;the mining methods for maintaining data and the optimization content of maintenance strategies are introduced,together with the functional modules of the full life platform for trackside signal equipment used for maintaining data visualization display.Result&Conclusion:The application results of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 14 show that the visual display of maintenance data for trackside signal equipment is not only convenient for new employees to use when learning,but also enables the maintenance personnel to intuitively understand the basic situation and operating status of the equipment,which is beneficial for shortening maintenance time,saving costs,and improving enterprise efficiency.
