新时代中国区域经济协调发展的政策取向及实现路径

The Policy Orientation and Realization Path of the CoordinatedDevelopment of China’s Regional Economy in the New Era

党的二十大报告把促进区域协调发展作为加快构建新发展格局、着力推动高质量发展的一项重要任务,这表明促进区域协调发展尤其是区域经济协调发展是构建新发展格局的核心枢纽,是中国经济高质量发展的关键引擎。因此,基于新发展格局的大背景,新时代中国区域经济协调发展肩负着新的历史使命,迎来新机遇与新挑战;从区域经济高质量协调发展、战略深度融合、新型机制体系、共同富裕四个层次诠释新发展格局背景下促进区域经济协调发展的政策取向;从构建新发展格局的生产、分配、流通、消费等四环节入手,提出区域经济协调发展的实现路径,以达到理论与实践相结合,共促共同富裕的早日实现。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC regards the coordinated development of regions as an important task for accelerating the construction of new development patterns and promoting high-quality development.This shows that promoting regional coordinated development,especially regional economic coordinated development,is the core hub of the new development pattern and the key engine of China’s high-quality economic development.Therefore,based on the background of the new development pattern,the coordinated development of China’s regional economy in the new era shoulders a new historical mission,ushering in new opportunities and challenges;From four levels:high-quality coordinated development of regional economy,deep strategic integration,new mechanism system and common prosperity,the policy orientation of promoting coordinated development of regional economy under the background of new development pattern is explained.Starting with the construction of the production,distribution,circulation and consumption of the new development pattern,this paper puts forward the realization path of the coordinated development of regional economy,so as to achieve the combination of theory and practice and the early realization of common prosperity.
