社会质量的社会赋权理论及其对中国高质量社会建设的启示

The Social Empowerment Theory of Social Quality and Its Implicationsfor the Construction of High-quality Society in China

在批判“社会性从属于经济增长”的扭曲发展中提出的社会质量理论,用构成性相互依赖关系的分析,对社会质量的社会赋权理论进行具有“理论连贯性”的讨论。它把社会赋权看作社会质量的核心及发展社会质量的政策路径,强调社会赋权在改善人的行动方式和行动系统,引起并维持社会变化的能动作用,形成了发展集体认同、培育社会主体性,以促进社会质量的社会赋权理论。借鉴这一理论,对我们开展以发展民生福祉、构建社会治理共同体为基本内容的高质量社会建设有重要启示。

The social quality theory proposed in the distorted development of criticizing“social subordination to economic growth”,discusses the social empowerment theory of social quality with“theoretical coherence”through the analysis of constitutive interdependence.It regards social empowerment as the core of social quality and the policy path and emphasizes the dynamic role of social empowerment in improving people’s action modes and action systems,causing and maintaining social changes,cultivating qualified social actors and active citizens,and promoting social solidarity.Drawing lessons from the social empowerment theory of social quality has important implications for us to carry out high-quality social construction with the basic content of developing people’s well-being,promoting common prosperity,innovating social governance system and building a social governance community.
