巨细胞病毒疫苗预防先天性感染的数学模型研究进展

摘要 巨细胞病毒(cytomegalovirus, CMV)又称细胞包涵体病毒,是一种β疱疹病毒,主要在内皮细胞、成纤维细胞和单核细胞中复制[1]。CMV在世界范围内广泛传播,全球一般人群中约有83%(78%~88%)发生感染[2],其流行与社会经济水平关系密切,发达国家血清阳性率为40%~70%[3-4],我国血清阳性率为60%~97%[5]。
