综合性干预对全髋关节置换术患者生活能力与关节功能的影响

Effect of a comprehensive intervention on living ability and joint function of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty

目的探讨综合性干预对全髋关节置换术患者生活能力与关节功能的影响。方法研究对象为行全髋关节置换术的患者82例,选择时间为2021年7月至2022年7月,将患者随机分为2组,每组41例。对照组患者给予常规干预措施,观察组患者则采用综合性干预措施,比较2组患者的干预效果。结果2组干预后的焦虑、抑郁评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术后12 h、24 h的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)较术后2 h均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组干预后的生活能力Barthel指数评分、关节功能Harris评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率(9.76%)低于对照组(39.02%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性干预措施能有效提高全髋关节置换术患者的生活能力和关节功能。

Objective To explore the effect of a comprehensive intervention on living ability and joint function of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 82 patients treated with total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were recruited.They were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 41 patients per group.Patients in the control group were given routine intervention measures,and those in the observation group were given comprehensive intervention measures.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention,which were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the two groups at 12h and 24h after operation were significantly lower than those at 2h after operation,and which in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Barthel index and the Harris Hip Score(HHS)after intervention were significantly enhanced after intervention than those before intervention,which were significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(9.76%vs 39.02%,P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive intervention measures can effectively improve the living ability and joint function of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.
