亲属陪同协作干预对糖尿病视网膜病变围手术期患者自我感受负担、应对方式的影响

Influence of collaborative intervention of family accompanying on the perioperative self-perceived burden and coping style of diabetic retinopathy patients

目的探讨亲属陪同协作干预在糖尿病视网膜病变围手术期中的应用对患者自我感受负担、应对方式的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月在宿迁市第一人民医院接受手术治疗的糖尿病视网膜病变患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组行常规围术期护理,观察组围术期行亲属陪同协作干预,比较2组患者的家庭支持与自我感受负担、应对方式、手术并发症发生情况及术后生活质量。结果观察组护理后的家庭支持量表(PSS-Fa)评分高于对照组,自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后的医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)中面对评分高于对照组,回避、屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的手术并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月时的视功能损害生存质量量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亲属陪同协作干预应用于糖尿病视网膜病变围手术期中可有效改善其亲属支持与自我感受负担、应对方式,并降低手术并发症发生率,进一步提升术后生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of collaborative intervention of family accompanying on the perioperative self-perceived burden and coping style of diabetic retinopathy(DR)patients.Methods A total of 60 DR patients who were surgically treated from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases per group.Conventional perioperative nursing,and collaborative intervention of family accompanying were given to patients of control group and observation group,respectively.The family support and self-perceived burden,coping style,surgical complications and postoperative quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the observation group presented the significantly higher Perceived Social Support from Family Scale(PSS-FA)score,and significantly lower Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)score than those of control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the face-to-face score in the Medical Coping Style Questionnaire(MCMQ)after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the scores of avoidance and yield were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The Quality of Life in Visual Function(QOLVF)score at 3 months postoperatively was significantly higher in the observation group than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of collaborative intervention of family accompanying in the perioperative period of DR can effectively improve the family member support,self-perceived burden,coping style,and postoperative quality of life,and reduce the incidence of surgical complications.
