湿法喷涂技术在200 m3节能石灰竖窑中的实践应用

摘要 介绍了节能石灰竖窑的工作原理及内衬工作层烧损机理,分析了内衬采用湿法喷涂技术的优点,对喷涂料的选择、喷涂工艺操作及点火烘窑进行了简述。实践证明,湿法喷涂技术相比传统的耐材砌筑技术可节约大量的维修资金,缩短窑炉停窑时间,减少停窑造成的经济损失,同时改善了窑壁效应,可给企业带来可观的经济效益。 This paper introduces the working principle of the energy-efficient lime shaft kiln and the burning mechanism of the lining working layer,analyzes the advantages of wet spraying technology for the lining,and briefly describes the selection of spray coating,spraying process operation,ignition and drying kiln.Practice has proved that wet spraying technology can save a lot of maintenance funds,shorten the shutdown time of the kiln,and reduce the economic losses caused by kiln shutdown compared with the traditional refractory masonry technology,while improving the kiln wall effect,which can bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises.
