摘要
以镁钙砂、硅微粉为原料,改性有机粉为添加剂,分别采用蓖麻油和新型有机液态结合剂制备了AOD精炼炉炉底用镁钙质捣打料,研究了不同结合剂对镁钙质捣打料性能的影响。试验结果表明:采用新型有机液态结合剂制备的捣打料在280℃、1 000℃和1 500℃热处理后均具有更好的物理性能。生产应用结果表明:采用新型有机液态结合剂制备的镁钙质捣打料在某钢厂90 t AOD精炼炉上使用,其使用寿命达到85炉。镁钙质捣打料无烟环保、强度高,能够满足钢厂的使用要求。
With magnesium and calcium sand and silicon powder as raw materials and organic modified powder as additive,castor oil and new organic liquid binder were used to prepare AOD refining furnace bottom,and study the influences of different binders on magnesia-calcium ramming material performance.The test results show that the ramming materials prepared by new organic liquid binder has better physical properties after heat treatment at 280℃,1000℃and 1500℃.The results show that the magnesia-calcium ramming material prepared by new organic liquid agent is used in 90 t AOD refining furnace of a steel mill,and its service life reaches 85 heats.MgOCaO ramming material is smokeless,environment-friendly and high strength,which can meet the use requirements of steel mills.
