最优电压矢量角的永磁同步电机改进模型

摘要 为解决永磁同步电机传统转矩控制存在磁链与转矩脉动大的问题,提出最优电压矢量角的永磁同步电机改进模型预测控制方法。该方法根据无差拍控制理论,建立电压矢量预测模型替代传统磁链和转矩预测模型,降低预测模型复杂度,对传统转矩控制、传统模型预测直接控制及改进模型转矩预测控制进行对比。研究结果表明:改进预测模型控制方法可减少计算量,改善控制性能。与其他两种方法相比,改进模型转矩预测控制的磁链脉动分别降低了80%和65%,转矩脉动降低了60%和15%。该方法可减少磁链和转矩脉动,使得定子磁链轨迹更接近理想圆,同时优化了控制系统性能。 In order to solve the problem of flux and torque ripple in the traditional torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),an improved model predictive control method with optimal voltage vector angle for PMSM was proposed.The expected voltage vector prediction model is established according to the beat free control theory to replace the traditional flux and torque prediction model and reduce the complexity of the prediction model.The traditional torque control,the traditional model predictive direct control and the improved model torque predictive control are compared.The research results show that the improved predictive model control method can reduce the calculation amount and improve the control performance through no-beat prediction.Compared with the traditional torque control and the traditional model predictive direct control,the flux ripple of the improved model torque predictive control is reduced by 80%and 65%,and the torque ripple is reduced by 60%and 15%,respectively.The improved predictive model control method can reduce flux and torque ripple,the stator flux trajectory is closer to the ideal circle,and the performance of the control system is optimized.
