摘要
随着“一带一路”合作不断深化和中国企业境外并购业务的不断拓展,跨文化融合已成为企业高质量发展的重要因素。企业境外并购业务涉及不同国家、地区和文化背景之间的交流合作,企业需要面对文化差异可能带来的沟通障碍、价值观不同、管理方式差异等问题。本文旨在对标分析中国企业与国际知名公司跨文化融合管理方面的差距,提出未来跨文化管理措施建议,以期为企业提供更有效的跨文化融合策略。
As cooperation under the“Belt and Road”initiative deepens and Chinese enterprises expand their overseas M&A business,cross-cultural integration becomes a crucial factor in high-quality development.This article analyzes the gap in cross-cultural integration management between Chinese enterprises and internationally renowned companies,proposing future measures and suggestions.By addressing communication barriers,differing values,and management disparities arising from cultural differences,the aim is to provide more effective cross-cultural integration strategies for enterprises.
