劳动定员两化体系在石油工程建设总承包项目中的构建与实施

Manpower Quota System in Petroleum Engineering Construction EPC Projects:Construction and Implementation

统筹考虑石油领域工程建设业务、劳动组织形式和生产组织方式等变化,结合石油工程建设企业的生产特点,本文采用定量分析法,按照“两个突出、一促进、两挂钩”的总体思路,基于充分的调查研究,规范项目岗位设置,以石油工程建设企业劳动用工实际水平为测算依据,通过搭建数学模型,形成定员比例,构建了专业化、标准化的劳动定员体系,有力提升了石油工程建设企业的经济效益,提高了管理水平,激发了人才活力,形成了示范引领效应。

Considering changes in the petroleum􀀣eld,this study employs quantitative analysis to construct a specialized and standardized manpower quota system.By analyzing and regulating project job positions based on the actual labor levels,a mathematical model is built to enhance economic bene􀀣ts,management,and talent vitality in petroleum engineering construction enterprises.
