数字经济对我国低碳贸易竞争力的影响研究——基于空间溢出效应

Research on the Impact of Digital Economy on China's Low-Carbon Trade Competitiveness——Based on Spatial Spillover Effect

数字经济通过赋能产业绿色低碳转型升级,实现产业高质量发展,富有碳减排潜力。积极利用新型数字技术推动产业绿色低碳发展,是实现数字化、绿色化良性双循环的关键举措和重要抓手。本文基于2010-2019年省级面板数据,从数字产业化和产业数字化维度构建数字经济发展水平体系,采用多种计量模型探讨数字经济对低碳贸易竞争力的影响效应、传导机制和空间溢出效应。结果表明:数字经济发展有助于提升低碳贸易竞争力且影响效应呈现出区域差异性,对中西部地区的促进作用大于东部地区;技术创新发挥部分中介作用;数字经济不仅对本地区的低碳贸易竞争力有正向影响,空间溢出效应的存在使其对相邻地区的低碳贸易竞争力水平也产生了促进作用。因此,各区域应加快数字经济发展步伐,鼓励创新绿色清洁技术,加强地区间知识交流合作,共同实现数字经济与低碳经济发展的深度融合。

The digital economy realizes the high-quality development of industries and rich carbon emission reduction potential by empowering the green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading of industries.Actively using new digital technologies to promote industries'green and low-carbon development is a key initiative and an essen⁃tial tool for realizing the positive double cycle of digitization and green development.Based on provincial panel data from 2010-2019,this paper constructs a digital economy development level system from digital industrialization and industrial digitization.It adopts various econometric models to explore the digital economy's impact effect,trans⁃mission mechanism,and spatial spillover effect on low-carbon trade competitiveness.The results show that the development of the digital economy helps to enhance low-car⁃bon trade competitiveness,and the impact effect shows regional differences,with the pro⁃motion effect on the central and western regions being more remarkable than that on the eastern region;technological innovation plays a partly intermediary role;the digital economy not only has a positive impact on the low-carbon trade competitiveness of the region but also promotes the level of low-carbon trade competitiveness of the neighbor⁃ing regions due to the existence of spatial spillover effects.Therefore,regions should ac⁃celerate digital economy development,encourage innovative green and clean technolo⁃gies,strengthen interregional knowledge exchange and cooperation,and work together to realize the deep integration of digital economy and low-carbon economic development.
