摘要
针对反推力装置液压作动系统的同步驱动需求,分析了液压反推作动系统节流同步工作原理,建立液压同步作动系统等效数学模型,采用SimHydraulics软件搭建系统仿真模型,分析了节流阀开口尺寸、负载力对系统位移同步性的影响。仿真结果表明:当控制两个作动器的节流阀开口大小一致时,随着负载力差异的增大,两个作动器运动过程中的位置差增大;通过调节两个节流阀开口尺寸的差异,能够保证两个作动器同步运动;两个作动器的负载力差异越大,两个节流阀开口尺寸的差异越大。最后通过试验验证了采用节流同步原理的液压反推作动系统在展开与收起过程中的同步性,为后续开展同类液压节流同步作动系统设计提供参考。
Aiming at the synchronous drive requirement of the hydraulic actuation system of the thrust reverser,the working principle of throttling synchronization of the hydraulic thrust reverser actuation system is analyzed,and the equivalent mathematical model of the hydraulic synchronous actuation system is established.SimHydraulics software was used to build the system simulation model,and the influence of the throttle valve opening size and load force on the displacement synchronization of the system was analyzed.The simulation results show that when the size of the throtle valve openings controlling the two actuators is the same,with the increase of the load force difference,the position difference of the two actuators during the movement process increases;By adjusting the difference in the size of the openings of the two throttle valves,the two actuators can be guaranteed to move synchronously;the greater the difference in the load force of the two actuators,the greater the difference in the size of the two throttle valve openings.Finally,the synchronism of the hydraulic thrust reverser actuation system using the throtling synchronization principle in the process of deployment and retraction is verified through experiments,which provides a reference for the subsequent design of similar hydraulic throttling synchronous actuation systems.
