肺移植围手术期护理标准作业程序的建立与应用

Establishment and application of standard operating procedures for perioperative lung transplantation care

目的 探讨标准作业程序在肺移植手术配合与管理中的应用效果。方法 按手术时间将120例肺移植手术患者分为对照组与观察组各60例。对照组按常规进行手术护理配合;观察组制定肺移植手术护理配合标准作业程序,对护士进行专项培训,在手术配合过程中按照肺移植手术护理配合标准作业程序进行手术配合。比较两组手术时间、手术医生满意度及护理缺陷发生率。结果 观察组手术时间显著短于对照组,手术医生满意度显著高于对照组,器械用品管理不当发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 标准作业程序的实施,可提高肺移植手术配合的规范性,提高手术配合护理质量及医生满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of building standard nursing procedures during perioperative period of lung transplantation surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with lung transplantation surgery were divided into two groups,control group and observation group,with 60 patients contained in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing procedures during surgery.The observation group underwent the standard operation procedures during surgery.Nurses were specially trained.The surgical cooperation was performed according to the standard nursing procedures.The operation time,doctor′s satisfaction level,and the incidence of nursing defects between the two groups were compared.Results The doctor′s satisfaction levels in the ob16:332023-12-19ervation group were significantly higher than the control group.The operation time,the incidence of nursing defects due to equipment failure in the observation group were prominently lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standard nursing procedures can improve the standardization of operation cooperation,nursing quality and doctor′s satisfaction levels.
